What data do we process?
We process the following data:
- Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This ends up in the server logs of our hosting provider.
- Data you share with us yourself when you get in touch (by email, phone or LinkedIn), such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Statistical data about your visit, such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We only process this if you give your consent.
What do we use your data for?
- To answer your questions and stay in touch with you.
- To keep the website secure, stable and available.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it (only with your consent).
For answering your questions and keeping the website secure, our legal basis is our legitimate interest. For a (prospective) assignment, it is the performance of a contract. For statistics, your consent is the legal basis, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering your cookie preference and language choice. We also use Google Analytics for statistics. We only place those cookies after you have given your consent in the cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
You can change your choice at any time via ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page. You can find more information in our Cookie policy.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties we need for our services, such as our hosting and email providers, and only under a data processing agreement or a legal obligation. If you contact us via LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s own privacy terms apply as well.
For statistics we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited. We have entered into Google’s data processing terms. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy.
Retention
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You can send a request to website@resultsmatter.nl. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
